Laser Operator

Laser Machine Operator - Join a Growing, Family‑Owned Company We're hiring a Laser Machine Operator who can run laser cutting equipment with precision while supporting material handling to keep production moving. If you're reliable, skilled with metal fabrication equipment, and enjoy a fast‑paced environment, this role is an excellent fit. What You'll Do You'll support daily production by operating laser equipment and assisting with material movement.

Responsibilities include:

Operating laser machines safely, accurately, and efficiently Switching between laser operation and forklift duties as needed Identifying and differentiating between various steel gauges Handling materials to ensure continuous workflow Supporting production with basic CNC or sheet metal tasks (as needed) What You Bring Experience operating laser machines Ability to distinguish between different steel gauges Strong material‑handling skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience with CNC equipment, sheet metal work, micrometers, or calipers Fabrication experience with lasers or press brakes Why You'll Love Working Here Join a growing, family‑owned company where your work truly matters.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
