Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor dough processing and forming equipment to ensure consistent quality. Manage automated bagging, packaging, and labeling equipment for accurate shipping. Adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and alignment to optimize production. Safely operate industrial ovens, freezers, and other manufacturing systems. Troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Mechanical troubleshooting and routine maintenance skills. Ability to read instructions and follow safety procedures. Good communication skills; bilingual a plus. GMP and food safety training completion required.
