Summary Packaging Support at Grön is the daily facilitator for preparing and packaging all products needed for fulfillment. The packaging team must work at high levels of production efficiency and safety. The Packaging Support is expected to follow, maintain and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure product packaging and fulfillment is as efficient and safe as possible. Duties and Responsibilities Communicate clearly and frequently with the Packaging team and leadership to achieve daily goals Follow company and government compliance to complete daily packaging and prep Maintain a clear workspace Maintain our seed-to-sale system, METRC, by managing associated tags and batch stickers Complete daily checklists to keep facility running smoothly Learn to properly operate various types of machines in the packaging process Sleeve, sticker, package, wrap and heat seal all products post-production Kenn a keen eye for the details to find tasks when there is a break in packaging Collaborate with coworkers to complete packaging tasks in a timely fashion Qualifications You have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar fast paced industry You believe in communicating early and often about things that work and things that don't You have the ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time You believe in doing things well the first time and have a strong attention for detail You take ownership and accountability of work for the whole team to be successful You uplift others and see yourself as a supportive team member and co-worker You demonstrate integrity and respect in all interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
