Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Northbrook, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to production specifications. Perform routine machine setup and adjustments. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major concerns to supervisors. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines. Meet daily production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
