In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring that all parts meet strict quality standards. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help drive production forward while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your mechanical skills and contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions. Duties Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools according to detailed blueprints and schematics. Interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and production documents to ensure accurate construction of products. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, shop math, and other measuring instruments to verify component dimensions and tolerances. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process, ensuring compliance with specifications using blueprint reading and schematic interpretation skills. Handle manual tasks including soldering, machining, and mechanical assembly while adhering to safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse environment, managing materials efficiently for smooth production flow. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues by interpreting technical drawings and using mechanical knowledge to resolve assembly challenges promptly. Skills Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and precision measuring tools for accurate component verification. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and interpret manufacturing documents. Mechanical knowledge with experience in mechanical assembly, machining, soldering, and using hand tools or power tools. Familiarity with pneumatic tools, specialized industrial tools, shop math, and manual handling techniques. Experience in manufacturing environments or warehouse settings is preferred for understanding production workflows. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and apply shop math effectively during assembly tasks.
