We are seeking a detail-oriented Compounder/Batch Maker to support chemical batching, material handling, and packaging operations. This role is responsible for accurately preparing batches, operating mixing equipment, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Excellent Schedule:
This full-time position offers a schedule of Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm. Overtime may be required on occasion.

What You'll Do:
Follow batch sheets, formulas, and standard work instructions to produce finished products accurately Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials using scales, tanks, mixers, or automated systems Set up and operate blending equipment to ensure proper consistency and quality of batches Monitor production processes and make adjustments as directed (viscosity, pH, texture, etc.) Label, package, and stage finished goods, including hazmat and non-hazmat materials as required Verify correct materials and lot numbers are used throughout the batching process Complete all required documentation, including batch records, labels, and production logs Transport materials and finished goods within the facility using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) Load and unload materials, including drums and containers, from incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain clean, organized production and warehouse areas; clean and sanitize equipment per SOPs Follow all safety regulations, including GMP, OSHA, DOT, and company-specific procedures Report any production issues, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns promptly Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support efficient operations Assist with inventory counts, material handling, and general warehouse support as needed What Will Make You Successful in
This Role:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Safety-first mindset in all tasks and responsibilities Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Positive attitude and willingness to support team operations Reliable attendance and work ethic 1-2+ years of experience in a blending, mixing, batching, or manufacturing environment (chemical, food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or related industries preferred) Ability to follow detailed formulas, instructions, and standard operating procedures with accuracy Experience working with measurements, scales, and batch processes Basic understanding of GMP and safety practices (preferred) Strong math skills, including the ability to convert units and scale batch sizes Comfortable working around chemicals and in a production environment with strict safety standards Basic computer skills for documentation and production systems Forklift experience or certification is a plus Must pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), and Drug Screening Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must currently be 18 years of age Reliable form of transportation Physical Demands This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, and listen for extended periods during an 8-hour workday while performing production and warehouse tasks. The role requires frequent to constant use of hands, arms, feet, and legs to grasp, turn, reach, and operate forklifts and move materials, as well as the operation of tools, controls, and other machinery. Frequent reaching with hands and arms is required. The employee must occasionally be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, balance, climb ladders, push, pull, walk, reach above shoulder height, and move up and down stairs. The position requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 55 pounds and to occasionally lift heavier loads, as well as move materials weighing up to 500 pounds into mixing tanks using appropriate equipment. Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, fumes, moving machinery, heights, and hazardous materials while wearing required personal protective equipment.
