What You'll Do As an Assembly Worker, you'll play a key role in the production process by assembling precision automotive components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble turbocharger components and subassemblies following detailed work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, electric wrenches, and other assembly equipment Load and unload parts from automated machinery and production fixtures Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications Rotate between assembly stations every few hours to learn different processes and keep work engaging Align, secure, and fasten components using electric tools and equipment Move materials and components throughout the production area as needed Follow all safety, quality, and production standards Qualifications Required Skills Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to read and follow work instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
