Job Overview We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Compounding Associate to join our production team. This role is a good fit for someone who has experience mixing and transferring batches, working with tanks and production equipment, and following batch instructions carefully. You'll work closely with our production team to make sure products are blended safely, accurately, and consistently Responsibilities Blend and transfer batches according to batch sheets and manufacturing. Read and follow formulas, batch sheets, SOP, and GMP requirements. Weigh and measure raw materials using manual scales. Safely unload bulk materials from tankers into holding tanks. Work with the Compounding Coordinator to keep production running smoothly. Keep accurate batch records and complete required paperwork on time. Help maintain accurate inventories of raw materials and storage tanks. Clean and sanitize mixing and storage tanks according to company procedures. Follow all company safety and hazardous-material handling procedures. Complete required safety and hazardous-material training. Help with other production projects and duties as needed. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and other industrial machinery safely and efficiently to transport chemicals and finished products within the facility. Handle industrial chemicals with precision, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and disposal in compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience blending or compounding products in a manufacturing environment. Comfortable working with tanks, pumps, valves, gauges, meters, totes, drums, and other production equipment. Forklift certified and experienced Able to accurately follow formulas, batch sheets, SOP, and manufacturing instructions. Good attention to detail and record keeping skills. Comfortable keeping track of raw materials and inventory. Able to manage your time and keep production work moving. Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and doing the job right. Dependable, easy to work with, and able to communicate well with supervisors and coworkers.
Communication:
Solid English reading/comprehension skills required to understand detailed SOP, formula and Manufacturing Instructions. Spanish fluency a plus Physical Capabilities Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot to cold, dust dirt and chemicals. Able to lift 50 lbs.
Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
