Shift:
Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience with machine setup, maintenance, and quality inspections is a plus. Knowledge of wire terminating equipment and wire/terminal crimping processes preferred. Job Duties Set up wire terminating machines according to production specifications. Identify and verify proper machine setup requirements for each job. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and specification compliance. Communicate machine operation issues and setup concerns to supervisors. Maintain machine maintenance records and production specification documentation. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment. Assist with additional production-related duties as assigned. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 35 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
