Assembly Associates Immediate Openings | Start ASAP | Up to $16.50/Hour We're hiring NOW and looking to fill multiple Assembly Associate positions immediately! No assembly experience? No problem! We provide training for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow. What You'll Be Doing Assembly Assemble light, medium, and heavy-duty conveyor system components Use hand tools and small power tools safely and efficiently Work with team members to lift and move assembled products Follow work instructions and assembly procedures Meet quality and production standards Inspection Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Verify the work of fellow assemblers before products move to the next stage Report quality concerns and help maintain high production standards Additional Responsibilities Assist with material handling and moving components throughout the facility Maintain a clean and safe work area Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Strong attendance and reliability are a must Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to team lift up to 50lbs. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and with a team We're Looking for
