Full-Time Job Summary Seeking an experienced MIG Welder to support welding operations, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate MIG welding equipment Adjust welding parameters (voltage, amperage, gas flow, wire feed, travel speed) Operate oxygen/acetylene torch as needed Read and follow blueprints and job travelers Measure components to ensure accuracy Inspect welds and finished parts for quality Support cross‑training and assist other production areas Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Quality Responsibilities Follow established quality procedures and documentation Identify and report quality issues or nonconforming conditions Skills & Experience MIG welding experience with multiple material thicknesses required Manufacturing or industrial experience required Overhead crane/lifting experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Basic computer skills Education High School Diploma or GED required Technical training or on‑the‑job welding experience preferred
