Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Fridays Off (Mandatory Overtime when needed) Job Description We are hiring Machine Operators to join our team in Tinley Park! In this role, you will be cross-trained to operate various machines and assist with production and shipping. No prior experience required — we provide full training. Responsibilities Operate Sheeter / Laminator machines to produce final sheet sizes Set up and operate paper Hole Driller Operate Cutters to cut and prepare paper bundles Prepare and verify orders in Shipping/Receiving Track and report daily production Keep work area clean and free of scrap and clutter Requirements Basic math and understanding of fractions Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate in English Able to lift 20-60 lbs. regularly Able to stand for at least 7 hours per shift Frequent bending and lifting Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Additional Details PPE required: Steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, hair net Fridays off unless mandatory overtime Background Check required Malone Workforce Solutions is an
