Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Weekends off (excluding occasional mandatory overtime) Role Overview Our Tinley Park facility is seeking motivated individuals to join us as Machine Operators. You will receive comprehensive training to handle diverse machinery and support our shipping and production workflows, making this an ideal entry-level opportunity. Core Duties Utilize Sheeter and Laminator equipment to manufacture precise sheet dimensions. Configure and run the paper Hole Driller. Manage paper bundle preparation using industrial cutters. Ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving order verification. Maintain visibility on output by logging daily production metrics. Help maintain a safe, organized workspace by removing scrap and debris. Candidate Qualifications Proficiency in basic math and fraction calculations. High level of precision and attention to detail. Effective English communication skills. Physical capability to lift between 20 and 60 lbs. consistently. Ability to remain standing for a minimum of 7 hours during your shift. Comfortable performing repetitive bending and lifting tasks. Help ensure team productivity by thriving in a fast-moving environment.

Safety glasses, steel-toed footwear, and hair nets. Fridays are typically off, though mandatory overtime may be requested. Completion of a background check is required.
