Job Description

Now Hiring Bundler Operator Assistant Location:
Crystal Lake, IL Pay Rate:
$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
6:00 AM to 6:30 PM Machines Don't Run Without You. Machines don't run without people like you. Take on this Machine Operator role, keep the floor alive, and take home steady pay every week.
Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively in English Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Willingness and ability to learn and advance into Machine Operator roles Ability to pass company testing preferred for future advancement opportunities Must wear steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties:
Support production and manufacturing operations as assigned Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards Assist machine operators and production team members Perform material handling, production support, and general manufacturing tasks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Monitor product quality and report issues as needed Support team goals and production schedules Cross-train for potential advancement into Machine Operator positions
