$19/hr Job Description This role focuses on light assembly work within a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. You will assemble components, follow detailed written instructions, and use computers and test equipment to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This is a first-shift position with opportunities for overtime and long-term employment. Responsibilities
+ Perform light assembly of parts and components according to written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
+ Read and follow detailed instructions in English to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
+ Use touchscreen computers and a mouse to access work instructions, record production data, and navigate relevant software.
+ Operate basic manufacturing machinery and test equipment as required for the assembly process.
+ Perform electrical and mechanical assembly tasks, including soldering when needed, following safety and quality guidelines.
+ Inspect assembled parts for quality, ensuring they meet established standards and specifications.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work cell, keeping tools, equipment, and materials in proper order.
+ Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies while working on the production line.
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
+ Adapt to overtime schedules when required, including extended weekday hours and occasional Saturday shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00
