We are hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our mattress assembly team. This position plays an important role in the final production process by ensuring every mattress meets customer quality standards before shipment. Job Responsibilities Perform final assembly of mattresses to ensure customer quality requirements are met Learn and operate an industrial sewing machine to apply fire socks to mattresses Apply covers to mattresses, pillows, and toppers according to production schedules Sew and zip mattress covers Inspect products for quality, correct labeling, warranties, and proper packaging Package finished mattresses and prepare them for shipment Meet daily production and quality goals Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required Ability to use basic math skills Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Frequently lift and handle mattresses weighing 50 to 80 pounds Push and pull mattresses weighing up to 80 pounds Stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive work throughout the shift Work Environment Indoor manufacturing facility Moderate noise level Clean production environment Training provided on quality procedures, equipment, and workplace safety Safety glasses and wrist guards are required Why Apply Competitive starting pay of $17.00 per hour Consistent first shift schedule Stable manufacturing environment On the job training provided Opportunities for growth and advancement Apply today and become part of a team committed to producing high quality bedding products. #Auburn
