In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine operation, technical skills, and commitment to quality will drive our production processes forward. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced environment. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD models to accurately produce parts that meet specifications. Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Ensure all products meet quality standards by inspecting parts during production and making necessary adjustments. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and quality checks for traceability. Qualifications Basic math skills necessary for calculations related to machining dimensions and tolerances. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly. Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes Familiarity with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), SolidWorks CAD software, and CNC programming is highly desirable. Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers confidently. Knowledge of GD&T principles for precise part inspection and quality control. Hands-on experience with tooling setup, Warehouse experience or familiarity with factory safety protocols is a plus. Join us as a Machine Operator if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence!
