Overview Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated assembly and packaging equipment to assemble drug delivery device components (such as pen injectors, autoinjectors, and on-body delivery devices) into finished products that meet Stevanato Group's quality, safety, and productivity standards within an FDA-inspected, ISO 13485-certified manufacturing environment. Duties Load and unload device components onto automated in-line assembly and packaging equipment; monitor line speed, cycle counts, and in-process/vision-inspection checkpoints to keep the line running at target output. Perform visual and manual inspection of assembled devices against defect criteria; segregate, label, and document rejects flagged by automated vision-inspection systems; complete required in-process quality checks. Perform basic troubleshooting of line stoppages (sensors, feeders, labeling, pick-and-place robotics); execute format changeovers between product runs; escalate issues beyond operator level to Maintenance or Engineering. Accurately and promptly complete batch records, line clearance, and production paperwork; follow SOPs, GMP, and safety requirements at all times. Consistently meets line speed and output targets while maintaining first-pass quality; responds appropriately to line alarms and automated rejection events. Qualifications 5+ years of experience operating and troubleshooting advanced machinery Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and batch/production documentation Strong attention to detail for visual inspection of small components and finished devices Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift, including weekends or overtime as needed Why work with us?
