$17.00 p/hr 6AM (Mon-Thurs)

Key Responsibilities:

Required to read, understand, and follow work orders, formulation sheets and engineering drawing. Required to gather the proper materials, accurately weigh, and mix to the correct consistency Able to prepare the mold, clean, fill, level, assemble and press the product to print requirements Ability to inspect the product using scales, calipers, and micrometers both before and after firing Required to properly load, diagram each level, and run the proper firing cycle of the furnace Visually inspect tooling for obvious flaws, imperfections, or damage both pre and post pressing Ability to clean, mask, grit blast and prepare cores as required for epoxy mounting Ability to properly and safely epoxy mount product to cores Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations, and properly using and maintaining PPE Report time and material in manufacturing systems Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED/HSE or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

Safely run and use required equipment Read and understand work instructions, paperwork, and drawings

Personal Attributes:

Good hand-eye coordination Excellent attention to detail Sound judgment

Physical Demands:
