Job Description

We are looking for an Extrusion Operator to join our team in Greencastle, IN. ASAP! Positions are filling up fast, apply today before you miss this great opportunity in today's tight market!

Operator Requirements:

2-3+ years experience with extrusion machine operations required Plastic Film or Sheet Extrusion experience preferred Foam Film / Foam to Film Extrusion experience is a plus

Position Offers:

Extrusion Operator Responsibilities:

Setting up, operating, and monitoring plastic film, sheet, and foam extrusion equipment Responsibilities include loading materials, machine setups and changeovers, monitoring production, making process adjustments, basic troubleshooting, startups/shutdowns, roll changes, and ensuring products meet quality specifications Demonstrates familiarity with plastic materials, color mixing and blending Monitors the process to ensure parts are produced efficiently and meet quality standards Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
