Shift:

1st

• 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, (Monday to Friday
• Training schedule
• 6-8 weeks 2nd
• 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, (Monday to Friday) 3rd
• 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, (Sunday to Thursday) Key Responsibilities Operate up to four industrial machines simultaneously.

Perform tooling changes using hand and power tools. Use measuring tools and calipers to ensure product quality. Complete production and batch documentation accurately. Perform basic machine troubleshooting. Read work instructions and basic blueprints. Move materials throughout the production area. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience. Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to use measuring devices such as calipers. Ability to lift, push, and move materials throughout the shift. Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment. Stable work history with at least 1 year per employer preferred. Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per shift. Preferred Qualifications CNC machine operation experience. Press or laser operation experience. Mechanical assembly experience. Blueprint reading skills. Large manufacturing environment experience. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN 46140. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00
