Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our client's production team in Johnson County! In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer parts, setting up and operating PEO machines, performing quality inspections, and ensuring all production meets strict compliance standards. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality are key. What You'll Do Operate and manage daily machine operations for PEO production. Perform preventive maintenance on tanks and troubleshoot machines and fixtures. Run parts according to established procedures and training guidelines. Record operating data and maintain accurate documentation. Interpret and follow all customer and company specifications and quality procedures. Identify, document, and report non-conformances to appropriate personnel. Collaborate with the production coordinator and team to resolve issues and recommend improvements. Assist with continuous improvement efforts, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
What We're Looking For Education :
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
Experience :
3+ years in a machine operator or related manufacturing/production role.
Skills :
Proficiency in reading production documents and using measurement tools (pH, conductivity, and thickness meters). Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.). Strong understanding of dimensional tolerances and manufacturing processes. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments.
