Injection Operator Job Summary:

In this role, you will operate production equipment, perform quality inspections, package finished products, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment. Pay:
$17.00•$18.50/hour $1.50/hour shift premium for 2nd
Shift Schedule:
Monday•Thursday 2nd
Shift:

Injection Operator Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor plastic extrusion and injection molding equipment. Perform quality inspections on finished products. Package products according to company standards. Build and assemble product racks as needed. Clean and perform basic maintenance on production equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Assist other departments and team members when needed. Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Basic computer skills. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
