Read work orders, production schedules, and blueprints to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of hardware, packaging requirements, and tooling needed. Monitor tooling and process for appropriate usage and outcomes. Have a keen attention to detail Assemble parts in a safe manner to produce quality parts and meet production needs Assist other departments to help production needs

Requirements:

Assembly experience preferred, but not required Dependability Self-motivated Positive Attitude Willingness to help fellow team members/departments to achieve production goals Detail oriented and alert to ensure quality and safety Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers Ability to learn basic computer skills High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
