•6:30 AM Additional overtime opportunities are available, including one hour after scheduled shifts and every other Saturday based on production needs. Primary Responsibilities Set up and operate brake press equipment and other manufacturing machinery. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications. Select tooling and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production. Measure and inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. Verify products meet quality standards and required tolerances. Perform routine quality checks and accurately document inspection results. Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the facility. Enter production and quality information into computer systems. Follow lockout/tagout and all safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of brake press, press brake, or related heavy manufacturing equipment experience. Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints. Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating sit-down forklifts. Experience using overhead cranes. Previous experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal manufacturing, or industrial production. Basic computer skills for production reporting and quality documentation. Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and inspection procedures. Work Environment You'll work in a spacious, newly expanded manufacturing facility designed with employee comfort and efficiency in mind. The facility is climate controlled, exceptionally clean, and equipped with modern production equipment.
