Job Overview Work hours are Monday - Thursday 10 hour days, OT on Friday as needed. We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our Family owned manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess experience and a strong mechanical knowledge for running a Rotary Die Cutter in a Corrugated Sheet plant. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality corrugated boxes on 2 Rotary Die Cutters while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols. Responsibilities Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and tolerances. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards. Follow safety protocols at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to warehouse standards. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a corrugated manufacturing setting. Strong attention to detail with the ability to read work orders and print layouts Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
