CFA Staffing is recruiting career-driven individuals to join out top-tier engine assembly plant team for several Distribution Attendant positions to join our customer's team in Lafayette, IN. These positions play an important role in supporting assembly operations by ensuring materials and parts are available where and when they are needed. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while working alongside a leadership team that values dignity, respect, and excellence. These will vary between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd based on preference and availability of the shift, Monday-Friday. Pay rate is $17.94 per hour with a 3.5% increase for 2nd and 3rd shift. Job Responsibilities:

• Ordering and delivering parts to support assembly operations.
• Operating a reach truck to move materials safely and efficiently to production lines.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels on production lines.
• Using computer systems to enter part orders and track material movement.
• Moving interplant materials as needed.
• Ensuring materials are available to support continuous production.
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of reach truck, cherry picker and sit down forklift operation experience
• this is required.
• Strong basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn computer-based inventory systems.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Pass a small assessment/test.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
