1st and 2nd Shift Team Members! 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6:30am-3:00pm 2nd Shift Mon-Thurs 3:00pm-1:30am Join our manufacturing team as a Machine Operator and become a vital part of our innovative production process! In this role, you will operate a variety of industrial machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise will help ensure efficient operations, uphold safety standards, and maintain precision in every task. If you're passionate about manufacturing, skilled in machine operation, and eager to contribute to a thriving facility, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Duties Set up, operate, and monitor various machines including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, and press brake machines to produce parts according to specifications. Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and quality control standards. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance. Maintain safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols and conducting routine inspections of machinery and work areas. Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machines (including CNC programming), stamping presses, press brakes, or similar industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. Ability to use precision measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, shop math skills, and blueprint reading for quality assurance. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and experience maintaining a safe workspace.
