Job Description
Hyperion Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to support our IT hardware and digital solutions production. You will set up, operate, and monitor automated machinery used in configuring servers, workstations, and related components. Responsibilities include reading technical specifications, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting minor issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. You'll document output, follow safety and ESD procedures, and collaborate with engineers and technicians in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on continuous improvement and learning. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor automated production machines for IT hardware components Interpret technical drawings and work instructions to configure machines correctly Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished products Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime Conduct basic preventive maintenance and report complex issues to technicians Follow all safety, ESD, and cleanliness standards in the production area Accurately record production data, output, and any issues encountered Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians on process improvements Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality Maintain an organized, safe, and compliant work area at all times Required Skills Machine operation Basic electronics knowledge Reading technical schematics Equipment setup and calibration Quality control inspection Troubleshooting and diagnostics Preventive maintenance ESD and safety procedures Production documentation Basic computer skills
