Job Description

Your responsibilities Ensure a safe work environment is maintained, safety and environmental procedures are followed, and identify and report unsafe conditions. Correct unsafe conditions if possible.

Maintain competency in batching, weighing, measuring, staging, mixing, and transferring raw materials in accordance with approved batch tickets, formulations, and work instructions. Manufacture product to specification by accurately following batch tickets, formulations, work instructions, and quality requirements. Immediately identify, communicate, and document any material, quantity, process, or quality discrepancies. Accurate labeling and documentation practices.

Effectively communicate production status to incoming shift to ensure production continuance

Communicate quality and / or scheduling issues to shift coworkers and direct supervisor.

Exhibit a teamwork approach, proactively assist co-workers.

Your profile

Required High school diploma, or equivalent. Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing, chemical processing, batching, compounding, mixing, coating, or material handling environment preferred.

Experience following formulas, batch sheets, manufacturing recipes, or detailed work instructions preferred.

Experience using SAP or other ERP systems for inventory management, material transactions, and production reporting preferred.
