JOB DESCRIPTION

FinishWorks Shipshewana, IN $18-20 per Hour Join the FinishWorks Team! FinishWorks is looking for motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Production Associates. In this position, you will play a key role in producing high-quality coatings and finishes by accurately measuring materials, mixing products, matching colors, and maintaining inventory levels. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want to be part of a growing team, we'd love to hear from you. Essential Responsibilities Measure and weigh colorants and materials according to established formulas. Mix products accurately to meet customer and quality specifications. Match colors to approved standards. Maintain accurate inventory levels. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Cross-train in other departments and assist where needed. Follow all company safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or GED. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to read and follow work instructions and formulas. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to successfully complete company color testing requirements.

Preferred:

Previous manufacturing experience. Experience with paint, stain, coatings, tinting, or color matching. Experience operating in a fast-paced production environment. Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with appropriate personal protective equipment. Why FinishWorks?
