Approx. 20 hours/week (harvest time, as many as desired)

Hourly Starting Rate:

$23/hr.+ (based on experience & flexibility) Semi Operator Job Functions Hauling biproducts from area processors to feed mill Hauling crops from fields to grain facility Personal Skills High character Trustworthy Reliable Good work ethic Attention to detail Time management skills Extra Information Bi-weekly pay schedule Some weekends required CDL not required, but prior operator experience is required Company Summary We are a family owned and operated swine/grain farm. Our goal is to build relationships and train leaders in every area while continuing to maximize productivity and profitability. Our desire is to maintain excellent herd health and keep all facilities in good condition as we continue to expand our swine farm. We are looking for someone who is interested in being a part of an innovative family operation and finds value in the family atmosphere.
