Monday-Friday 6:30am-4:00pm, with
Weekend Rotation Salary:
$50,000-75,000 (Including Production Incentives) About the

We are a family owned and operated swine and grain farm. Our goal is to build relationships and train leaders in every aspect while continuing to maximize productivity and profitability. Our desire is to maintain excellent herd health and keep all facilities in good condition as we continue to expand our swine farm. About the
Role:
We are looking for an individual with high character that we can trust to maintain the success of the finishing barn. This requires someone to be trustworthy, reliable, and willing to learn. This is a production position of high responsibilities to achieve our expected production targets. This person reports directly to the farm manager. We are looking for someone who is interested in being a part of an innovative family operation and finds value in the family atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
  • Daily pig care (following established protocols)
  • Vaccinations
  • Keeping Building Clean & Maintained
  • Monitoring Feed Inventory
  • Ensure barn is properly set up for incoming pigs
  • Pig handling-part of team to receive incoming SEWs & load out
Market Pigs Personal Skills Required:
  • Self-Starter
  • High character
  • Trustworthy
  • Reliable
  • Good work ethic
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to bend repeatedly and lift 75 pounds
  • Able to walk several miles, on some days
  • Able to climb ladders to check bins

Pay:
$50,000.00
  • $75,000.
