General Operator Job Opportunity! Our client, a leading agricultural company, is seeking a General Operator to join their team. As a General Operator, you will be part of the Production Operations team supporting Harvest, Packaging, and Warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and adaptable, which will align successfully in the organization.

$19.50/hr Day Shift | $21.50/hr Night Shift What's the Job? Assist with seed handling, processing, and general production activities during Harvest season. Package, bag, label, tag, and palletize seed products. Move, stage, organize, and prepare materials and products throughout the facility. Assist with warehouse activities, inventory tracking, and loading/unloading as needed. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area. What's Needed? Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods, use stairs, and work in indoor and outdoor environments. Reliable transportation and availability to work the required Harvest schedule of approximately 42 hours per week, including long shifts and overtime as needed. Ability to provide and wear steel-toe, over-the-ankle work boots and successfully complete required pre-employment drug and background screenings. What's in it for me?
