Job Overview We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team as a Shipping, Receiving & Saw Operator. This is a full-time position that combines shipping and receiving responsibilities with material preparation and saw operation. The right candidate will be organized, safety-minded, able to read a tape measure and perform basic math, comfortable operating a forklift, and capable of lifting 50-70 pounds. Responsibilities Wash, prepare, package, and label finished parts for shipment Prepare shipments and ensure materials are properly identified and packaged Receive incoming materials and verify, label, and organize materials for production Cut raw material to specified sizes on automated Kalamazoo and Hem saws Prepare cut material for use by the production team Read and accurately use a tape measure Perform basic math and measurements to ensure material is cut correctly Safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished products Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet production and shipping deadlines Follow company safety procedures and production requirements Communicate effectively with production and other team members Qualifications Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred Forklift experience required/preferred Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure Basic math skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good time-management and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable attendance Ability to safely lift 50-70 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift Reliable transportation Ability to work independently while also being a team player Must be safety-conscious and willing to learn Working Hours Monday - Thursday 7AM - 5:15PM Friday's are overtime
