Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled general laborer with expertise in:

Basement Waterproofing:

Repairing leaks in walls and floors to ensure a dry, safe basement.

Crack Repairs:

Using injection processes to stop water infiltration and maintaining or replacing sump pumps.

Brick Sealing:

Applying waterproofing materials to residential and multi-family buildings to prevent leaks and mold growth.

Commercial Waterproofing:

Waterproofing schools, hospitals, stadiums, and other commercial buildings.

Driveway Sealing:

Protecting driveways from cracking and damage caused by salt and other chemicals.

Concrete Lifting:

Preventing the need for tear-outs and replacements on stairways, sidewalks, and driveways by lifting and leveling concrete surfaces.

Crawlspace Encapsulation:

Waterproofing and repairing crawlspaces to protect against moisture and structural damage.

Foundation Piering:

Installing piers to prevent foundation settling or bowing, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Hourly rate is based on Experience.
