Responsible for monitoring and conducting quality checks to ensure quality product is packed and customers are happy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You closely monitor the line and stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur and clear machine jams. You replenish the supplies necessary to keep the line running in a timely manner to prevent downtime —this includes stocking conveyors or hoppers with containers, lids boxes or labels. You make adjustments to equipment during production to optimize efficiency. You perform various cleaning tasks as assigned. You maintain quality records accurately and conduct quality inspections consistently. You work in all areas of the plant, to get the job done.

TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED

You have high attention to detail and are able to catch the slightest errors or non-conformities. You have effective listening and troubleshooting skills. You can work quickly and efficiently while maintaining neatness, thoroughness, accuracy and focus. You are physically able to grab, lift and move product and equipment.
