Hours:
1st shift- 6:00am to 4:00pm (Overtime as production demands) The Formulation Department is the area where the fresh pork is ground, the spices are added, and then blended (formulated) to specifications for sausage making.
- Must be able to hand grip/push/pull up to 50 lbs, carry 32 lbs, and lift 24 lbs
- Walking and/or Standing throughout the shift
- Bending and/or Reaching throughout the shiftSkills Ability to perform responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner.
TEMPERATURE
- Will be exposed to wide variations in temperature, operating temperature of the Processing department is approximately 40 degrees F
- Ability to work with inside conditions that include exposure to moderate noise levels, moderate odor and presence of animal blood
- Must be at least 18 years old
