Job Summary:

This position will perform tasks involved in the production of color graphic vinyl. The person will be expected to set up, maintain, and operate machinery to ensure the efficient running of production.

Follow safety procedures and safe lifting techniques Read and understand the job traveler Identify different vinyls and laminate correctly Clock on/off jobs correctly and enter good quantities accurately Troubleshoot and correct problems when they occur Set up and run equipment independently Issue material as required and minimize material waste Maintain accuracy in measurements and job performance Work with little supervision Help troubleshoot job-related errors and assist others with solutions May be required to learn/train others on equipment Maintain a neat and clean work area Determine if equipment is not operating properly Set up machines at the beginning of shift Competencies Works effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexible; able to work across diverse duties/responsibilities Proactive to carry out production needs Efficiency knowledge of procedures/processes Ability to adhere to instructions Work Environment Heated/cooled production atmosphere Cement floor; anti-fatigue mats provided Clean working environment Physical Demands Occasional walking, fingering, feeling, stooping, kneeling Frequently changing position, reaching (including across midline) Constant standing; standing for entire shift Repetitive motion Occasional lifting/lowering up to 50 lbs (two-person lift) Occasional carrying up to 50 lbs (two-person lift) Occasional pushing/pulling force up to 62 lbs (two-person push/pull)

Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time; Monday-Friday (times vary by department/shift). Additional hours required to meet customer demands.
