Hutchinson, Kansas Pay:

$25.00/hour for days or $26.00/hour for nights Attendance bonus: Earn $300 after 45 days of employment when attendance requirements are met.

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:

three 12-hour shifts

Day Shift:

7:00am-7:00pm

Night Shift:

7:00pm-7:00am We're hiring Extruder Leads to run extrusion equipment and help produce quality soy products. You'll work with the shift supervisor, Quality Monitor, and production team to keep the line running safely and effeciently. What you'll do Set up, start, operate, and hsut down extrusion equipment. Adjust flour, steam, and water rates to keep products within specifications. Check products and equipment throughout the shift and troubleshoot issues. Verify production schedules, bag counts, raw materials, and packaging supplies. document the line changes and complete required production perwork. Keep the profuction area clean and ready for the next shift. Support team members and fill in for the shift supervisor when needed. Follow plant safety and quality procedures. What you'll need High School diploma or equivalent. At least 3 years of maufacturing experience. Experience operating an extruder efficiently. Ability to read product specifications and make timely equipment adjustments. Ability to work in a hot, dusty, noisy environment and climb stairs and ladders.
