Shift:

2:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. or until production is complete. Pay starts at $16.50 A machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production. Key Responsibilities

• Setup and Operation:

  Machine operators set up machines for production runs, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning correctly. They operate machinery to produce goods to certain specifications.

• Monitoring and Quality Control:

  They continuously monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards. This includes inspecting parts and finished products for defects.

• Maintenance:

  Regular maintenance and minor repairs are part of the job to prevent downtime. Operators are responsible for keeping their work area clean and safe.

Collaboration:

They often work closely with other team members and report to supervisors or production managers to ensure smooth operations.
