Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate a variety of industrial machinery to produce high-quality metal components, ensuring safety standards are maintained while meeting production goals. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient flow of our fabrication processes, supporting our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines, including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC programming equipment, ensuring precise machining of parts according to technical drawings and specifications Set up and adjust machinery such as flexo presses, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment for optimal performance Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documents accurately to determine machining requirements Perform routine inspections Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards in the production environment Maintain detailed records of machine operations, quality checks, and production logs for continuous improvement Skills Knowledge of CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programming for setting up machining processes Ability to operate shop tools including hand tools, tooling equipment, and fabrication machinery like stamping presses and press brakes Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and shop math for accurate fabrication Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments Excellent problem-solving skills related to industrial equipment troubleshooting and factory operations
