Job Description

We're hiring a Screen Printer for a well-established company that's growing fast—and looking for long-term team members who want to grow with them. The facility is clean, comfortable, and equipped with both heat and air conditioning. Responsibilities Operate screen printing machines with precision and care Mix inks and prepare screens to match design specs Prepare screens and inks for printing, ensuring proper color matching and consistency. Inspect printed items for quality and accuracy Clean and maintain equipment to ensure peak performance Collaborate with design and production teams to meet deadlines Operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on various materials. Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process. Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards before delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance production quality. Assist in the development of new design concepts, utilizing skills in digital design and graphic design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Qualifications Previous experience in screen printing Strong understanding of color theory and design Excellent attention to detail and good eyesight Friendly, dependable, and agile—able to move quickly and stay focused Clear communicator with a great attitude and willingness to learn Patient and steady under pressure Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Sketch. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual design, and layout design. Experience in screen printing techniques and production processes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Previous experience in print advertising or illustration is advantageous. Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent quality A Background check is required A Drug Screen is required
