Job Title:

Electrical Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading work orders, reworking connectors, and assembling components into wire harnesses. Responsibilities Read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly. Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and any other component built into a wire harness. Wrap and tie wires efficiently. Route wires according to specifications. Change routing and breakouts as required. Perform electrical tests to ensure quality and safety standards. Complete associated paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Essential Skills Minimum of 1 year experience with aircraft electrical systems. Proficiency in wire harness assembly and repair. Ability to troubleshoot and perform blueprint reading. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with aircraft components is advantageous. Candidates must be available to work both 1st and 3rd shift schedules. The dress code is casual, with jeans, work shirts, and closed-toed shoes. The 3rd shift hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:30pm to 6:30am (starting Sunday night), and Friday, 9:30pm to 4:30am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
