Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Final Assembly II to join their team. As a Final Assembly II, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 3rd shift (10pm - 6:30am)
  • What's the Job?
  • + Assemble purchased and fabricated parts, weldments, and sub-assemblies to produce a variety of attachments and units according to specifications.

+ Make mechanical adjustments and perform minor rework to ensure product quality and functionality.

+ Position, install, attach, and apply parts following work instructions and process sheets.

+ Perform minor rework to detail parts and components for proper assembly.

+ Contribute to maintaining good housekeeping practices and safety standards in the work environment.

  • What's Needed?
  • + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with a minimum of 1 year in a production setting. + Ability to work with computers and basic software systems. + Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks. + Some mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, machinery, or vehicles.
