About the Role As a Manufacturing Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our production facility by managing high-speed bag converting lines to ensure consistent output of high-quality paper products. Your technical expertise in machine setup and troubleshooting will directly impact our ability to meet production targets while maintaining strict adherence to safety and food-grade manufacturing standards. Responsibilities Configure and manage bag converting machinery, including loading raw materials and fine-tuning equipment for specific product dimensions. Optimize production performance by mounting cylinders, calibrating ink distribution, and adjusting tension settings to meet precise printing requirements. Proactively resolve mechanical stoppages and equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct rigorous quality inspections throughout the production cycle to ensure all finished goods align with technical specifications and documentation standards. Uphold rigorous food safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product integrity. Maintain accurate production logs and documentation to support operational transparency and continuous improvement efforts. Foster a productive environment by keeping the workstation organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in machine setup and operation for industrial production runs. Proven ability to interpret complex production dockets and technical job specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
