Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Write routine reports and fill out production tickets Check bars against quality check sheets and known quality defects to ensure top quality of part Perform basic machine checks Meet required cycle times on any machine Rotate among all machines within the department Replace coin tooling Home out robots Assist with line changeovers Perform 6s activities Clean and maintain work area Perform minor preventative maintenance Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures Report all unsafe acts to a Group Leader or Supervisor Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals Other duties as assigned Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to learn new skills Possess mechanical knowledge Experience with robots Experience with automated production lines Ability to regularly stand, walk, reach, stoop, push, pull, talk and hear Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and continuously during an 8 hour shift
