Hebron, KY Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications Previous machine operation experience required. Spanish- and French-speaking candidates are welcome to apply. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently. Ability to repeatedly lift and handle approximately 25 lb. pans throughout the shift. Must be agile and comfortable performing physically demanding work. Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift. Ability to work a varying schedule with non-consecutive or changing days off. Weekend availability required. Strong attention to detail and safety. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to follow instructions and established production procedures. Dependable with a strong work ethic. About the Machine Operator Role As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include: Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Work in the make-up area handling production pans throughout the shift. Lift and move pans weighing approximately 25 lbs. repeatedly. Handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Monitor equipment and production processes for proper operation. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving production materials. Maintain production quality and accuracy. Follow established machine operating procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production needs. Follow all company safety and production procedures. Perform additional production duties as assigned.
