This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring machinery, conducting quality inspections, and recording production data. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is committed to safety and eager to support continuous improvement initiatives on the factory floor. Core Responsibilities
Equipment Operation:
Set up, monitor, and adjust manufacturing machinery to ensure consistent production flow and optimal performance.
Troubleshooting:
Identify mechanical issues and perform basic repairs or adjustments to minimize equipment downtime.
Quality Control:
Perform regular inspections and measurements of finished goods to ensure they meet strict quality benchmarks. ...

Maintain accurate logs of production output, material usage, and equipment performance through basic data entry.
Safety & Maintenance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards; perform routine preventive maintenance as required. Key Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting.
Technical Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift, walk frequently, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Environment:
Comfortable working in high-temperature environments typical of a manufacturing facility.
Compliance:
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check upon hire. Shift Availability

Responsibilities:
General Duties & Responsibilities
Machine Operation & Monitoring Equipment Operation:
Safely start, operate, and shut down production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
Production Monitoring:
Continuously watch machine performance and control panels to ensure the equipment is running smoothly and at the correct speed.
Setup Assistance:
Assist senior technicians or setup crews with basic equipment preparation and material loading to get production lines ready for operation.
Material Handling:
Consistently feed raw materials or components into the machinery to maintain an uninterrupted production flow.
Quality & Observation In-Process Inspection:
Conduct regular visual checks of products coming off the line to identify any defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
Compliance Standards:
Ensure all finished goods meet the basic requirements and dimensions specified for the current production run.
Reporting Malfunctions:
Immediately alert the maintenance or supervisory team when a machine is not performing correctly or requires mechanical attention.
Waste Management:
Identify and remove defective materials from the line and record scrap levels accurately.
Safety & Documentation Safety Adherence:
Follow all established safety protocols, including the correct use of machine guards and emergency stop procedures.
Production Logging:
Maintain simple, accurate records of the number of items produced and any significant periods of downtime during the shift.
Workplace Organization:
Keep the immediate work area clean and free of debris to ensure a safe and efficient environment for the entire team.
Shift Transitions:
Communicate clearly with the incoming shift regarding machine status and any production goals reached.

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
