Job Overview:
The Print Finishing Associate assists in all activities in our Bindery/Print Finishing Department to assemble a finished product, ensuring the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost, meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

What You'll Do:
Get daily assignments from the Team Lead. Help produce accurate, high-quality products. Meet production quantity goals. Load products onto skids and prepare them for shipment. Label, tag, and move finished products to staging or shipping areas. Assist with special projects as assigned. Complete required paperwork accurately. Follow all safety rules and company procedures. Keep the work area clean and organized.
What We're Looking For:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required. Printing or bindery experience is a plus but not required. Ability to assist with bindery equipment, including cutters, stitchers, drills, grommets, and hand tools. Ability to read, understand, and communicate basic work instructions. Able to stand, walk, and use hands throughout the shift. Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs regularly.
